直径:应确保替换品与原液态电解电容直径相同,这样才能确保

引脚与电路板上的原引脚孔一一对应。贴片电解电容爆裂原因替代品尺寸过大,不但无法安装,同时会因元件过密导致散热性能下降,影响器件性能。替代品尺寸过小,

故障处理:如果不合理焊接导致

发生短路故障,电容内部会急剧发热,当短路电流过大,电容内部的阴极物质会熔融并产生大量气体,导致内部压力升高,密封的橡胶或塑料材料将发生卷曲,此时如果有气味或电解液外溢,切勿触摸。如果发生气体进入眼睛或吸入口中应及时用清水冲洗。
