贴片电解电容的检测步骤
当我们的电子元器件不能正常使用时,这时我们就需要检测一下这个电子元器件了。可检测一个电子元器件不是像吃饭一样,你想吃哪个都可以的,检测一个电子元器件有它检测的步骤,当你的步骤走错了也许你下面的所有的工作都是白费的了。电子元器件检测的都需要按步骤去检测。当你没有按照步骤走的话有可能检测出来的电子元件与你想要的结果会有很大的偏差。那么下面我们就来说说

的检测步骤。
1.因为
贴片电解电容
的容量一般固定电容大得多,所以测量时应针对不同容量选用合适的量程。根据经验一般情况下1-47uf间的电容可以用R*1K档测量,大于47uf的电容可以用R*100档测量。
2.将万用表紅表笔接负极,黑表笔接正极。在刚接触的瞬间,万用表指针即向右偏转较大偏度(对于同一电阻档容量越大摆幅越大)接着逐渐向左回转,直到停在某一位置。此时的阻值便是
电解电容
的正向漏电阻,此值略大于反向漏电阻,实际使用经验表面,
电解电容
的漏电阻一般应在几百KΩ以上,否则将不能正常工作。在测试中,若正向,反向均无充电的现象,即表针不动则说明容量消失或内部断路,如果所测阻值很小或为零,说明电容漏电大或已击穿损坏,不能再使用。
3.对于正负极标志不明的
电解电容
器,可利用上述测量漏电阻的方法加以判别。即先任意测一下漏电阻,记住其大小然后交换表笔再测出一个阻值。两次测量中阻值大的那一次便是正向接发,即黑表笔接的是正极,紅表笔接的是负极。
4.使用万用表电阻档,采用给电解电容进行正方向充电的方法,根据指针向右摆动的幅度大小,可估测出电解电容的容量,
